We collect only the personal information needed to advise you and arrange cover, process it lawfully in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, and share it only with insurers and service providers involved in your policy.

Our manual in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act is available on request from our information officer at admin@rosewoodib.co.za.
FAIS Disclosure
Rosewood Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd is an Authorised Financial Services Provider · FSP Licence No. 50431. We act as an intermediary and provide advice on short-term insurance products in accordance with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints may be submitted in writing to admin@rosewoodib.co.za. We acknowledge every complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within six weeks. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the FAIS Ombud.
